MOVE OUT INFORMATION

The process is simple.

• Once you pay for your order you will get an emailed receipt with an "R" number ex: R123456789.  This same email comes to us. We provide this copy as proof of cleaning to management to complete your moveout obligations. 

• We are aware your moveout paper work/email says "cleaned and dried before your inspection", but because we are the "preferred vendor" for Lexington Management you DO NOT need this service scheduled and/or done before your move out inspection UNLESS you have an animal. In that case, we must complete the service before your inspection. All carpeted areas must be cleared, vacuumed and prepared for the cleaning as soon as possible. We can work around you and your belongings as long as the carpet is cleared.

• Please be sure to fill out all information completely as this is how we contact you if need be and coordinate with Lexington based on your dates given.

• If you have any questions or need any further information call your current manager or resident specialist for clarity. 

• Please properly prepare by vacuuming or sweeping all areas to avoid an additional fee of $30 as described and agreed to in our check out process.
