MOVE OUT INFORMATION

The process is simple.

• Once you pay for the carpet cleaning you will get an emailed receipt with an "R" number ex: R123456789. This same email comes to us and we provide this copy as proof of cleaning to management to complete your move-out obligations

• In the case of having an animal in your unit, ideally your carpet cleaning should be done ASAP before your move-out inspection as most management companies require this. We will work with you to get this done, but we have to have all the information requested in the checkout process.

• Please be sure to fill out all information completely during check out as this is how we contact you if needed. Otherwise, we coordinate with your management company based on your dates and information given.

• It is imperative that you properly prepare your unit by vacuuming or sweeping all areas as we will automatically charge you an additional fee of $30 as described and agreed to in our check out process.
