The process is simple.

- Once you pay for your order you will get an emailed receipt with an "R" number ex: R123456789. This same email comes to us. We provide this copy as proof of cleaning to management to complete your moveout obligations. We then work with management to obtain access to your unit at our discretion after you move out.
- We are aware your moveout paper work says "cleaned and dried before your inspection", but because we are the "preferred vendor" for Lexington Management you DO NOT need the service done before your moveout inspection OR need to be present when we are cleaning.
- To those tenants who had a pet in your unit ~ WE MUST CLEAN THE CARPET OR LVP BEFORE YOUR MOVEOUT INSPECTION.
- If you have any questions or need any further information we ask that you call your current manager or resident specialist for clarity.
- Please properly prepare by vacuuming or sweeping all areas to avoid an additional fee of $30 as described and agreed to in our check out process.
